OUR SOCIAL POLICY

As a company, our aim is to offer our products and services to our customers with increasing quality. Our success and quality comes from being loyal to our traditions. In order for our business to be sustainable, we provide continuous support to our employees and their families and protect our environment. We invest in the latest technologies to ensure the continuity of our success. We comply with local and international rules to protect the interests of our employees. It increases the social performance of our company by protecting all the rights of our employees and providing them with a suitable working environment. We are committed to continuous improvement in order to achieve our Social and Environmental goals. All kinds of discrimination have been prevented and will continue to be prevented by giving equal rights and opportunities to all our employees, regardless of gender, religion, language or race. All of our employees work in our company on a voluntary basis for our common success. In this framework, no concessions are made to oppressive and forced labor. Children are the head of every family and the future of our country. Their education is the guarantee of our country and our future success. For this reason, child workers under the age of 16 are not employed in our company and it is not preferred for young workers under the age of 18. Working hours in our company are within the framework of the law. In cases where there is an excessive workload, overtime is applied on a voluntary basis without exceeding the legal limits. All our employees have equal rights to work overtime. Our employees are paid the minimum wage determined by law. Our goal is to pay an amount that can increase the well-being of our employees, meet their basic needs and provide some savings. Our company provides its employees with a healthy, safe and clean working environment. Periodic maintenance of all our machinery and equipment is carried out, personal protective equipment is provided to our employees and free health service is provided within the company. Our company is against all forms of bribery and corruption. In particular, all of our employees, including those who have all kinds of purchasing (product, raw material and service) and marketing authority, do not take such an approach. Our employees are our partners. Therefore, they have the freedom to elect their own representatives. As a company, we have adopted the principle of listening to all the complaints of our employees and finding solutions to them. We also respect the Freedoms of Association and Collective Bargaining. All our subcontractors and suppliers (sub-manufacturers) are obliged to apply the principles specified in our policy in their own facilities. Applications are periodically checked by our company.

SUPPLIER CONDUCT CODE

Our suppliers agree to abide by the following working principles.

Child Labor: For the healthy development of children and within the framework of respect for the right to education, not to employ employees under the age of 16, to act in accordance with the procedures and principles of employing young workers.

Recruitment: In order to ensure the continuity of the company’s ethical criteria, the selection of the personnel in recruitment will be considered as a necessary and important criterion, as well as the technical and professional knowledge of the company, and the compliance with the company’s social compliance requirements. is valid,

Awareness of Employees: Believing that the basis of social compliance is conscious employees, it is aimed to increase the awareness of the employees by informing them about their personal rights, company rules and working conditions during the recruitment phase and at certain periods during the working period. Supply Chain Management: To support a cooperation approach where our suppliers that we prioritize in our purchasing activities and our subcontractor suppliers take reasonable and adequate measures regarding the practices within the scope of social compliance rules and exchange information to identify the difficulties that need to be reduced in a timely manner,

Freedom of Representation: Respecting the representation rights of our employees, allowing workers’ representatives and social compliance committees to freely express their views,

Occupational Health and Safety: Considering the human being as the most valuable asset in all its activities and minimizing any loss that may occur by creating a safer and healthier working environment, Organizing trainings in order to ensure that all employees are aware of their individual responsibilities on the subject, To provide the necessary equipment in terms of Health and Safety, to comply with the local laws, regulations and conditions related to Occupational Health and Safety, taking into account customer standards and rules, to create a communication environment where all employees can work in accordance with the Occupational Health and Safety policy, and to provide information on the work done in this regard. to raise awareness, to identify the risks related to occupational health and safety hazards that may arise from the activities of our institution and to keep these risks under control by bringing them to acceptable levels,

Education: The education level of the employees determines the general level of the company. With this logic, to increase the awareness of employees on occupational health and safety, to organize in-company or external trainings to support their professional and personal development, to ensure the continuous development of the company due to the development of the employees with the trainings organized,

Environment: It undertakes to fulfill the environmental requirements of all our activities at the highest level within the scope of our environmental policy, to direct and raise awareness of our work with an awareness of sensitivity above the legal obligations on environmental issues, to reduce environmental impacts, to protect energy and natural resources.
